Working alongside Steve is Director Albie Aldahawi, who brings a unique blend
of hospitality and health expertise to the organisation. Albie holds a Bachelor’s
degree in PDHPE Teaching and a Master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition,
combined with over seventeen years of hospitality experience, having started
working in the industry at the age of sixteen. His background in nutrition,
education, and hospitality operations provides valuable insight into developing
balanced menus, healthy dining programs, and operational systems that support
both customer satisfaction and wellbeing.
